Family Support Services at CHS provides peer support, information, referral and education to parents of children with emotional or behavioral needs. At CHS, we accomplish these goals through a variety of services. All services are free to parents and caregivers.
To help you access, navigate and learn about your child's rights relating to school systems, service providers and the community. Direct assistance can be provided in preparing for meetings such as CPSE, CSE and others.
For families of adolescents and young adults with
Asperger's Syndrome and Autistic
Spectrum disorders. Parents of children 15
and up. The October meeting is scheduled for Monday, October 4th, 7:00
- 8:30 pm. Subsequent meetings will be held on the first Monday of each month until June 6, 2011. Meetings are held at the CHS Offices, 543 Saratoga Road. For more information, call 399-4624 or contact Tracy@CHS.
Assistance through short-term case management for families whose children are experiencing behavioral issues. Information can be provided to help you connect with needed services and supports.
Referrals to other services, both within and outside of CHS can be made.
