Family Foundations is a free service offered to parents of children between the ages of 2-5, who reside in Schenectady County.  The program is designed to work with parents to help deal with their child's challenging behaviors. Family Foundations is a home based program that follows a strength-based model, which promotes positive parenting skills.  Our Family Specialists will accommodate parents' schedules in order to provide home visits.
