Transportation

The Wellness Express Transportation Program provides
free transportation to medical appointments for residents
of the towns of Ballston and Milton and the Village of
Ballston Spa.

Any resident who has difficulty seeking medical attention
due to a lack of transportation is eligible to use the
service of the Wellness Van.

The Wellness Express Van is available on Tuesday,
Wednesday and Friday of each week. Reservations are
required in advance.

All individuals requesting transportation must be able to
enter and exit the vehicle without assistance.  Individuals
requiring a walker will be evaluated on a case-by-case
basis; a determination will be made based on the
individual's ability to ambulate on their own as well as
space considerations.
